Tariffs and Taxes

  • All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
  • Duties and taxes are assessed by the customs authority of the destination country and may vary depending on the country of origin of the product.
  • Customers are responsible for complying with all local import regulations.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • If a customer refuses to pay duties and taxes, the shipment will be returned to Korea.
  • In such cases, customers are responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • The invoice value declared for customs clearance cannot be modified after shipment.
